1. NO MT. NONE. ZERO. Take a big step back and listen to the people who are paying your salaries and funding your future developments. Last week you might have had a grudging acceptance of MT for vanity items. This week (post leak), CCP can't be trusted to introduce MT without considerable suspicion about its ulterior motives. When I see a garauntee from CCP that MT for strategic items will not be introduced without retroactively reimbursing current players for their subscriptions to this day, I'll consider renewing my subscription. Put that garauntee in your EULA. Until then, you won't have my trust.
2. Stop insulting our intelligence with overpriced NeX. You're entire community knows how to use the in-game calculator to figure out the exchange rates. Did you seriously think we wouldn't be able to do the math?
3. No more half-*ssed 'major' releases. Your developers may have spent a considerable amount of time developing the NeX store and a few hours putting CQ together, there may even be a few new optimizations to handle the hordes you expect to defect from the other MT games that already exist. Incarna is not a major release though.

Time for escalation. No more pitchforks - its time for T2 blasters now. I'll come back when Hilmar is gone. (And that's as unlikely as EVE pulling their asses out of the line of fire)

This protest is pointless, really. I can come back next month, create a character and buy more skill points than this toon.
(Not ****ing likely)

There is the concept of critical mass. If enough people leave, the remainder will get bored and leave also...Its particularly effective when key players start leaving. I suspect this sort of thing is happening in CCPs offices to.

Do you think Hilmer is wearing $1000 jeans?
